Policies

1. Delivery timelines

Custom Precision orders are delivered within 5 business days. Custom Breakthrough and Complete Customization orders are delivered within 7 business days.

Optional 48-hour express delivery is available for $49 (Custom Precision), $79 (Custom Breakthrough) or $129 (Complete Customization).

All delivery timelines, standard and express, begin once your completed private intake is submitted—not at checkout.

2. How your audio is delivered

Your completed audio is delivered digitally through a private download link sent to the email address used at checkout, together with listening guidance. [Add: link expiry, account access and file format details.]

3. Cancellations and refunds

You may request a full change-of-mind refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing contact@seiluke.com with your order number.

After 24 hours, custom orders are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, because production of your custom audio is personal to you.

4. Lifetime Support & Revisions

Your custom audio is supported for life. If feedback connected to your original goal or selected benefit categories shows that refinement is needed, Luke will review it, provide listening guidance and revise or reproduce the audio when appropriate. New goals or unrelated categories require a new order.

5. Promotions

WELCOME10 gives 10% off the bundle price of a first completed order, one use per customer. It cannot be combined with referral gift cards or other promotions and does not apply to express fees. See the Referral Terms for the Share Seiluke program.
