1. Overview
Seiluke creates custom subliminal audio from information you share in a private intake after purchase. This policy explains what is collected, how it is used and how it is protected.
2. Information we collect
Contact and billing details you enter at checkout; the answers you give in your private intake; your benefit-category approval record (timestamp, order number and approved version); and basic analytics such as pages visited, video engagement and campaign (UTM) parameters. Card details are handled by the payment processor — Seiluke never receives or stores full card numbers.
3. How we use it
To create, deliver and support your custom audio; to send order, intake and delivery emails; to operate the referral and discount programs; and to understand which pages and videos help visitors decide.
4. Intake privacy
Intake answers are stored securely with restricted admin access and are not placed in ordinary order emails. The affirmation wording created for you remains part of Seiluke’s private creation method.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Service providers (hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics) process data only to operate the service. Referral attribution never exposes a friend’s personal data to the referrer.
6. Retention & security
Order and intake records are kept as long as needed to provide Lifetime Support & Revisions and to meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@seiluke.com.
8. Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
